Yes! We are insured & bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas and have obtained business licensure from the City of Sierra Vista.

All services are carried out at clients' homes, right where your pets feel safest and most comfortable. In-home pet sitting is great for keeping their routine consistent and reducing stress, as it makes everything familiar. It also gives your home a "lived-in" look, which is great for your peace of mind and home security as well.

K9s In Camo Pet Care proudly offers a 10% discount for those who serve our nation and community - including Active-Duty Military, Reservists, National Guard, Veterans, EMS, Firefighters, Police, and U.S. Border Patrol. It's our way of saying thank you for your dedication and sacrifice. We also offer exclusive packages and pricing to families needing 3+ visits per week on a recurring basis.

All scheduling requests for pet sitting and dog walking services are made through the app Time To Pet, the nation's leading pet sitting software trusted by over 4,000 pet sitting companies. Payments, messages, client and pet profiles, and visit report cards are also handled through Time To Pet.

Services are not considered booked and confirmed until full payment has been submitted. All clients are automatically enrolled in AutoPay, which means your card will be charged upon approval of your service request.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of a single dog walk or single drop-in visit will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For ongoing visits where client is out of town (multiple drop-in visits, overnights), cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. There are no refunds or credits issued for any services cancelled within 10 days of a holiday.

• For clients who are going out of town whose households include dogs: A minimum of 3 daily drop-in visits applies to households that include dogs, with the exception of your departure and return dates which can be scheduled as needed. This ensures that your dog(s) have consistent opportunities for potty breaks, exercise, and social interaction, and that their biological needs are being met. Long periods between potty breaks puts your pets at health risks (UTIs, kidney strain, bladder stones) and often leads to high stress and household accidents. If you have a puppy or a senior, you may want to consider 4 visits per day so they stay on track.
• In limited cases, two visits per day may be approved only if the home setup safely supports the dogs' needs (such as a doggy door with unrestricted access to a secure and enclosed yard). Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis during new client consultations, and is not guaranteed.
• For households without dogs that only include cats or other small animals (rabbits, birds, cats, reptiles, etc.): We require at least 1 visit per day. We do not offer "every other day" visits for the safety of your pets and the security of your home.

No. For safety and consistency, all drop-in visits during an out-of-town or extended service period must be handled exclusively by K9s In Camo Pet Care to ensure clear responsibility, consistent routines, and the highest standard of care for your pets.

Office hours are from 7a-7p, but your pets receive care outside of those hours as well!
